Course-related data:

• Communicate with you about your enrollment, updates, or support (contract + legitimate interest)
• Facilitate community participation (Slack, Q&A, etc.) (contract + legitimate interest)
• Record and share course sessions with your cohort (legitimate interest, with opt-out options)
• Use testimonials or images for marketing (consent, optional)
• Improve our courses and services (legitimate interest)
• Comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations (legal obligation)
Educational recordings are processed under contract/legitimate interests. Public marketing use of your image/voice/name is based on separate, explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. How We Share Your Data
We use processors and may share your data with:
• Payment processors (e.g. Stripe)
• Hosting and learning platforms (e.g. Framer, Zoom, Slack, Notion)
• Analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics, subject to cookie consent)
• Instructors/Experts who deliver course content (they may see your contributions but do not receive full customer lists unless needed for teaching)
• Professional advisers and legal authorities where required by law
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International Transfers
As we use global service providers, your data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g. to the United States). Where we transfer data outside the EU/EEA/UK, we rely on an adequacy decision (where available) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with supplementary measures as required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary:
• Enrollment & payment records: 7 years (tax/accounting law)
• Course recordings: up to 12 months after the cohort ends (unless deleted earlier)
• Testimonials/marketing content: until consent is withdrawn
• General contact/support data: up to 24 months after last interaction
