Satisfaction guarantee and refund policy FAQs
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed via our payment partner (Stripe). Once approved, they typically take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Can I get a refund to a different card or bank account?
No. Refunds must be returned to the original payment method.
What if I request a refund after the halfway point?
Refunds are not normally available after the halfway point. If you believe you have extenuating circumstances, please email us with full details. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
What if I paid and then saw a discount later?
We do not issue retroactive price adjustments. The price at the time of enrollment is the final price, regardless of later promotions.
